摘要
传统的规划选线作业采用时效性差的纸质地图,造成路径方案可行性差、准确性低。应用高分辨率卫星影像和数字高程模型建立三维选线平台用以辅助选线,并进行辅助杆塔规划,可有效提高线路路径的可行性和准确性,保护环境,节省投资,提高规划设计效率和质量。在±660kV宁东-山东输电线路工程中的应用,表明该平台在前期规划选线中可起到良好辅助效果。
Dated maps are used in planning power transmission lines as general mode. It always makes the project unable. In feasible study phase of the power transmission line, applying high resolution satellite images and digital elevation model with the 3 D visual digital platform and the technology of optimizing structure spotting of towers to the project. Verisimilar and visual terrain and the situation of towers are showed on the system that provides designers with scientific and accurate reference. It is helpful to designers with choosing path of the power transmission line effectively, protecting environment, saving the cost of the project, improving the efficiency and quality of survey and exploration design, and shortening the period of the project. By means of application in the project of + 660kV NingDong-ShanDong power transmission line, it is verified that the system can play a better auxiliary role in planning the power transmission line.
