摘要
为了利用计算机信息技术实现高校设备采购工作的高质量、高绩效,介绍了一种基于Spring/Hiber-nate/Struts的高校设备招标评标管理信息系统,系统采用MVC构架,具有较好的灵活性、可配置性以及较高的安全性等特点.
In order to make use of computer information technology achieving high quality and high performance of the college equipment procurement, a management information system of college equipment＇s bid and evaluation based on Spring/Hibernate/Struts is introdced. By menans of the MVC framework, the system has good flexibility, configurable management, higher security features and so on.
