摘要
通过测定配位物的电子吸收光谱数据,来研究二种尾式氨基酸钴卟啉CoPser、CoPleu的轴向配位反应,从而计算出配合物的组成、平衡常数以及热力学性质的相关数据。结果表明,配位反应的平衡常数随温度的升高而减小,配位反应为放热反应。
study the axial coordination reaction between amino acid Co ( Ⅱ ) porphyrin ( CoPser, CoPleu ) and imidazole by measuring electronic spectra of the axial complex, calculate the composition of the complex, equlibrium constant of the reaction and thermodynamic data by computer. The result show that the equlibrium constant is decreasing while the temperature increases and the axial coordination reaction is a exothermic reaction.
