摘要
为了更好建设国家示范性高等职业院校,使示范院校在办学实力、教学质量、管理水平、办学效益和辐射能力等方面有较大提高,带动高等职业教育加快改革与发展,逐步形成结构合理、功能完善、质量优良的高等职业教育体系,上海医药高等专科学校对近三年的毕业生进行问卷调查,希望通过调查问卷了解他们的工作状况、对自己及学校各方面工作进行评价并提出宝贵的意见和建议,以便加强学校内涵建设,改进和提高学校的教学质量和办学水平,同时更好的建设示范院校,以帮助、引领其他高职院校健康发展。
To be the national model, a higher vocational college has to enhance its education capability, teaching quality and influence to other colleges and improve its management and school management efficiency. Meanwhile, the growth of the model vocational college will drive the reformation and development Of whole vocational education system. So, it is meaningful to study the construction of model vocational colleges for the sake of the establishment of a reasonable higher vocational education system of comprehensive function and better quality. The paper is based on a survey conducted by Shanghai Institute of Health Science, a model vocational college in construction, on its graduates of the last three years. The questionnaires about graduates＇ work, evaluation on their Alma Mater and their own work performance and suggestions were collected. The paper analyzes the result and summarizes suggestion on improving teaching quality and the level of running school, which may benefit the construction of model vocational colleges and help other colleges develop healthily.
