合金元素对烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料断裂强度影响的研究 被引量:6

A STUDY OF ALLOY ELEMENTS AFFECTING THE FRACTURE STRENGTH OF SINTERED Nd-Fe-B MAGNETS

摘要 研究了含Co和不含Co的烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性,并采用微观分析方法对它们的断裂行为进行了研究.结果表明,烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的静弯断裂主要为沿晶断裂.加入适当的Co元素,能使烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的抗弯强度提高80%左右,这主要归功于Co元素使烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的沿晶断裂比例下降. The bending strength and fracture toughness of both the simple and Co-Containing Nd-Fe-B sin-tered permanent magnets have been studied in this paper. The fracture behaviour is examined by micro-analysis method. It is shown that static fracture of the Nd-Fe-B sintered permanent magnetic materials is mainly intergran-ular. Proper addition of Co increases the bending strength of Nd-Fe-B sintered permanent magnets by about 80% and this is mainly due to the decrease of the intergranular fracture proportion.
