摘要
对火炬式点火器工作原理进行了介绍,根据氧化剂、燃料的状态对火炬式点火器进行了分类,分析了各类点火器结构特点及热防护措施。设计出使用气氧、酒精的固体燃料冲压发动机地面试验用火炬式点火器,采用旋转液膜与酒精再生冷却相结合的办法,有效地加强了点火器的热防护。在冲压发动机试车台上,对该火炬式点火器进行了30余次单独试验,均取得了成功,可持续工作时间不少于20 s。
The principle of torch igniter was introduced, and the torch igniters were classified based on the states of the oxidizers and the fuels, The structure characteristics of various igniters and thermal protection measures were analyzed. The torch igniter with the fuel of gas-oxygen/ethanol was designed for solid fuel ramjet ground tests. Thermal protection of the igniters was effectively reinforced by using the cooling method of regeneration ethanol and rotating fluid film. The torch igniters were successfully tested more than 30 times, with duration working time not less than 20 s.
