摘要
目的了解合肥市中药注射剂不良反应发生特点及引发的相关因素,为临床中药注射剂合理应用提供参考依据。方法合肥市2007年1月1日至2007年12月31日共收集到中药注射剂药品不良反应病例报告126份,用Excel电子表和手工方法进行分析评价。结果126份中药注射剂不良反应报告中,涉及到药品不良反应154例。主要不良反应累及系统-器官及其临床表现为皮肤及附件损害。涉及国家药品不良反应通报品种3种。结论应合理使用中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂不良反应监测,确保安全用药。
Aim To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reactions and some factors associated with traditional Chinese medicine injections in Hefei,and to provide information for rational use of TCM injections in clinic. Methods 126 ADR reports associated with TCM injections from Jan. 1 2007 to Dec. 31 2007 in Hefei were analyzed with Excel electronic table and manual methods. Result 154 drugs got involved in 126 ADR reports. ADR related system-organs and clinical reaction were mainly manifested as skin and adnexa lesion. 3 kinds were within the varieties of state adverse drug reactions announcement. Conclusion The use of TCM injections should be rational and intensively monitored in order to guarantee the safe administration.
