摘要
目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点和治疗。方法分析32例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的相关临床资料。结果32例患者全部治愈,平均治愈时间19 d,无1例肠坏死。结论采用非手术疗法治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻疗效较满意,值得进一步推广应用。
Aim To investigate the principles of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical features and treatments of 32 patients with EPISIO were analysed. Resalts Allcases were cured in the mean period of 19 days through nonoperative therapy. Conclusion Non-operative treatment is satisfactory for early postoperative inflammatory small intestinal obstruction, it well worth further recommending and applying.
