摘要
按照输入量减去输出量等于误差补偿量的原则,对虚拟仪器模拟通道的每个误差补偿量依据校准数据进行数学建模,使用误差回归模型的最小二乘法进行参数iβ(i=0,1,2,….n)估计,作出线性或非线性误差补偿模型的数学方程,并利用假设检验的统计方法,构造F统计量,对iβ进行有效性检验,以确定有效的线性或非线性误差补偿数据模型,从而得到对应于输入输出量的误差补偿数学表达式,用以完成虚拟仪器模拟通道的特性检测和误差校准。
In linear and nonlinear mathematical model, because output value subtracted from input value gives value of error compensation, we can use calibration data in any analog input channel in virtual instrument to construct mathematical model for every value of error compensation. Least square method of error regression model can be used to estimate parameters βi(i=0, 1,2,…, n) and the mathematical equation of linear or nonlinear error compensation model will be gotter. Then, F statistic, given by hypothesis testing of statistics, is used for checking validity of the βi so as to determine the linear or nonlinear error compensation model. After that, the mathematical equation of error compensation about input and output value will be done and be used for accomplishing the characteristic test and error calibration of analog channel in virtual instrument.
