摘要
为了满足旋翼动平衡试验台的数据采集与控制系统的要求,设计了满足系统要求的开关量控制回路和模拟量的处理方法,实现了各控制回路的功能与互锁,较精确地读出了从各种传感器传来的模拟量数据.控制系统硬件采用西门子公司的S7-300PLC及相应输入输出模块,上位机采用Fame View组态软件编制对整个系统设备状态、参数实时监控及友好的人机控制界面.利用减少传送到上位机的数据类型的方法,提高了数据采集速度,很好地满足了系统的设计要求.
In order to meet the requirements of airfoil balancing test platform on data acquisition and control system, the relevant control circuit for switching value and the processing methods for analogue value were designed, which implemente the functions and interlocks of all control circuits and accurately read the analogue data from various sensors. In the control system9 the Siemens S7-300PLC and the corresponding input and output modules were employed. In PC configuration software, Fame View was used to realize a real-time monitoring of the equipments and parameters of entire system The man - machine interfaces are friendly. Since the data types transferring to PC are reduced,the speed of data collection is substantially improved, thus meeting the design requirements of the system.
