摘要
传统制浆造纸工业中许多工艺过程是化学过程。在化学过程中往往伴随产生一些高BOD、COD、SS负荷的废水,其中一些废水还含有高毒性和强致癌性的物质,以致环境受到极严重的污染。本文介绍了生物机械法制浆和生物化学法制浆;以及微生物漂白、半纤维酶参与的纸浆生物漂白和木素降解酶的生物漂白。
Conventional pulping and bleaching are chemical processes and the efftue-nts with high loads of BOD,COD and SS are produced during these processes.The effluent contained strong toxic and mutagenic substances could make serious pollution environmentally. This article introduced bio-mechanical pulping and bio-chemical pulping; and blaching with microorganism, semi-cellulose and lignin degeneration enzyme.
