摘要
本试验用昆明种小白鼠对中药制剂"HD"进行微核试验和精子畸形试验。结果表明:小白鼠微核试验和精子畸形试验均呈阴性反应,中药制剂"HD"无致突变作用。
Micronucleus test and sperm structural test to the Chinese traditional medicine HD with one kind of small rat of Kunming. The result showed that micronucleus test and sperm structural test were both present negative reaction in small rat, it means the traditional Chinese medicine HD has no mutagenesis.
