摘要
针对人工气候中温湿度控制系统结构复杂、精度不够高以及响应速度慢等问题,提出以TI公司的超低功耗MSP430单片机为主控制器件,采用DS18B2和HM1500测量系统的温湿度,用BP神经网络智能算法自动整定PID控制参数的人工气候箱控制系统,着重介绍了系统控制算法构成及软件设计。实验表明,该控制系统结构简单,具有响应速度快、精度高和鲁棒性好等优点。
In order to solve many kinds of problems that baroque system under temperature and humidity, inadequate accuracy and the lower response speed in the Artificial Climate Chest,this paper puts forward a system includes a core device based on MSP430 ,meanwhile it adopts DS18B2 and HM1500 as there measure system and neural network PID control system as its control arithmetic, this paper introduecs the control arithmetic and the software design. Experiment indicates this controller based on PID -like neural network has response speed to be fast precision hign and more robust and adaptive.
