摘要
以设施栽培丰香草莓(Fragaria ananassa cv.Toyonoka)为材料,研究了有机无机复混缓释肥对草莓生长和品质的影响。结果表明:施用有机无机复混缓释专用肥对草莓产量和品质的影响显著,产量比对照提高达到了55.5%-63%,差异显著,其中施用专用肥I型的产量最高达37.43t/hm^2;显著改善了草莓果实风味和品质,糖酸比比对照提高幅度达31%-34%;Vc含量差异极显著,比对照提高29%,其中施用专用肥I型效果最显著,糖酸比达8.75:1;Vc含量达88.32mg/100g。该专用肥还具有作物全生育期肥料一次性基施的优点,在南方草莓设施生产中值得推广应用。
Fragaria ananassa cv. Toyonoka L. as material was conducted to study the effect of organic - inorganic release fertilizers on growth and quality. Result indicated that application of organic - inorganic slow release fertilizer increased strawberry output and quality significantly, the output increased 55.5 % to 63 %, has significant difference. The output application special fertilizer type I was up to 37.43 t/hm^2 ; Notable improved strawberry fruit flavour and quality, sugar - acid ratio improved 31% -34% compared with control; Vc Contents improved 29% compared with control, has signifi- cant difference. Application special fertilizer type I was most notablely, sugared - acid ratio amount to 8.75 : 1 ; Vc contents amount to 88.32 mg/100g. The special fertilizer has the merit owing entire season fertilizer of crop growth applied at one time, be worth to application and generalization in south strawberry facilities.
