摘要
将钢弦应变传感器原件埋设于大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥梁中,对箱梁关键截面的应力实施跟踪测试和控制,阐述了混凝土钢弦应变计的测试原理,通过对实际工程结构测试应力数据的误差分析,包括混凝土弹性模量的误差、混凝土应变滞后、温度影响、混凝土收缩徐变产生的应力,使实测应力更接近结构实际应力,保证了施工质量,最后通过一高墩大跨连续刚构桥梁测试实例得出的结论,从而为结构应力分析、结构设计变更和施工质量评价提供了依据。
During construction of a long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, a set of strain transducers are installed in its key sections for measuring the structural strains, With the help of error analysis, the stress test results of a long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge are approximate to the actual structural stresses. It is the basis that can be used to analyze the structural stresses, roodify the structural design and estimate the engineering quaity.
