摘要
消防应急预案是应对各类突发火灾事故、减少人员伤亡和财产损失的重要对策。传统文本式消防应急预案已经无法满足新时期火灾形势的发展,于是数字消防应急预案应运而生。本文详细介绍了基于GIS技术的辅助信息系统的构成原理和制作过程,以及基于计算机模型的火灾预测模拟与危险性分析系统,分析结果指导消防应急决策与应急行动方案的制定。
Emergency preplan for digital fire prevention is an important countermeasure for dealing with various kinds of sudden fire accidents, and reducing the casualties and property loss. Traditional text-based fire prevention emergency preplan can meet the demands of the development fire situation in the new era, so digital emergency preplan has emerged as the times require. The composition principle and making process of GIS-based auxiliary information system is introduced at large as well as fire prediction model based on computer model and analetic system of hazards. The analysis result can provide guidance for fire prevention emergency decision and the determination of emergency action schemes.
