摘要
主要介绍镇江市第一人民医院开展管理年活动的做法与体会。主要做法是:以保证病人安全为目标,注重基础质量,增强技术优势;以促进病人满意为目标,强化服务管理,提高服务品质;以减轻病人负担为导向,狠抓费用环节,构建节约型医院;以密切医患关系为抓手,狠抓行风建设,塑造医院形象。主要体会是:通过开展医院管理年活动,进一步提高了医院的服务水平和医疗质量。同时,需要更加注重医院文化建设与促进病人安全、构建和谐医院与密切医患关系、全过程管理与提高医院品质等方面的工作,着力为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务。
The article briefed the practice and experience in the activity of "the year of hospital management" in Zhenjiang City No. I People's Hospital. The key work they have done are: With the patients' safety as the goal, great attention has been paid on inlpruving basic quality and technology advances; with patients' satisfaction as another goal, stress has been made on service management and upgrading service quality; with reducing patients' burden as the guideline, cost management has been strengthened and effort has been made to build a economized hospital; with a closer doctor - patient relationship as a kit, importance has been attached to improvement of professional ethics so as to build a better image of the hospital. Their main experience : Both the service sense and the quality of medical service have been greatly improved through the activity of "the year of hospital management". At the same time, they have been working hard to develop hospital's culture and facilitate patients' safety, to build a harmonized hospital with a close relationship between doctor and patient. Efforts should also made to strengthen management through the whole course and improve hospital quality in order to provide people with safe, effective, convenient and affordable medical and health services.
