摘要
目的：分析变应性肉芽肿性血管炎心脏受累的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析北京协和医院1990～2006年确诊的心脏受累的变应性肉芽肿性血管炎12例患者，对其临床特点进行分析。结果：心脏受累的表现主要有心肌受累、心肌梗死、心包积液、心律失常和心功能衰竭等。激素加免疫抑制剂的疗效满意，除1例未使用激素加免疫抑制剂治疗的患者猝死外，其余患者均好转。结论：变应性肉芽肿性血管炎累及心脏的表现多种多样；仅针对心脏治疗效果差，应积极治疗原发病。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of the patients of Churg-Strauass syndrome with cardiac involvement. Method：Twelve patients diagnosed as Churg-Strauass syndrome with cardiac involvement in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 1990 to 2006 were included in this analysis. Clinical Characteristics were studied retrospectively. Result： The cardiac involvement of these patients included cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction,pericardial effusion, arrhythmia and heart failure. The effects of steroid and immunosuppressive therapy were satisfactory. Sudden death happened in one patient without that therapy,and the other patients ameliorated with the steroid and immunosuppressive therapy. Conclusion： The manifestation of cardiac involvement in Churg-Strauass syndrome was various. It was nessesary to treat the system disease, and the therapeutic effect of heart disease without steroid and immunosuppressive therapy was unsatisfactory.
