摘要
该文对黄土高原发展雨水集流的必要性、有利条件、雨水集流系统的组成、集流面的效率、水害的主要类型、结构、投入作了较为系统深入地论述。
The necessity of developing rainfall collecting in Loess Plateau,advantageous conditions, components of rainfall collecting, effeciency of rainfall collecting slope, main types,structure,investment and benefits of cellar are deeply analysed in this paper.
