摘要 在可中断负荷管理中,提前通知用户中断供电可有效减少用户停电损失。采用金融期权理论,给出了提前通知中断选择在可中断负荷合同模型中的计入方法,并着重分析了电力公司有关如何选择提前通知中断或临时中断的合理决策方法。算例仿真表明,对于不同停电损失特性的用户,电力公司会选择不同的中断策略。现货市场价格越高,用户被提前通知中断供电的可能性越大,而且提前通知中断的时间对中断决策具有重要影响。这些结果表明了所述方法的合理性和有效性。 In the interruptible load management, customers'shortage cost could be significantly reduced by early notification . A method for modeling early notification in interruptible load contracts is introduced using financial option theory. Emphasis is given to develop a rational approach for interruption decision-making of whether the interruptible load is curtailed with an early notification or curtailed close to delivery time. Numerical simulations show that utilities will select different interruption strategies for customers with different shortage cost characteristics. The higher the spot market prices, the more possible for a customer to be notified of a interruption. In addition, the lead time of notification has an important impact on the interruption decision-making. Simulation results also validate the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
