摘要
论述4种代表性高性能纤维和7种功能纤维的强势发展概况,其中PAN基碳纤维将以年需求15%以上的速度增长,到2010年东丽、台塑、Hexcel和SGL的产能各为2.5×104、8×103、7.3×103和4.5×103t/a;中空纤维超纯膜和反渗透膜将以年需求11%～12%的速度增长;其它纤维也有不同程度的快速增长,而纳米纤维和聚乳酸纤维则是未来具有发展潜力的纤维。
4 representative high performance fibers and 7 functional fibers are illustrated, in which the annual demand of PAN-based carbon fiber will increase in more than 15 %, the production capicities of Toray, Taiwan plastics, Hexcel and SGL will increase to 2.5 10^4, 8 × 10^3, 7.3 × 10^3 and 4.5 × 10^3 t/a respectively in 2010, while the annual demand of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrances and osmosis membrances will increase in 11% - 12 %. Other fibers will also rapid increase in their market demand, while nanofibers and polylactic acid fiber are the ones having development potenciality in the future.
