摘要
以苇状羊茅栽培品种“Houndog”(猎狗)为试材,对其干种子进行4种剂量的C060γ射线处理。测定了处理后种子在实验室萌发和田间的生长情况。结果表明,就抑制早期生长试图减少剪草次数为目的而言,以200Gy剂量为宜。不论是经处理的种子还是对照种子在试管培养中个体间在增殖率上差异明显。从对照和200Gy处理中各筛选出一个分蘖力强、生长快的试管无性系,并能在含0.25%NaCl溶液的培养基上正常生长。对生根后移栽的植株初步测定表明,这两个无性系的植株较矮。
he tall fescue (Festuca arundinaceae) cultivar ‘Houndog’ was used as test material. The dry seeds were radiated by C600γ rays with four doses. The germination percentages of the treated seeds were recorded in laboratory and the growth rates were observed in field. The result indicated that 200 Gy treatment was the suitable dose for the reduction of early period clipping. The multiplication rates in vitro were widely different between seedings not only in treatment groups but also in check group. Two clones with rapid multiplication habit were selected from check group and 200 Gy group. The two clones could grow normally in MS medium containing 0.25% (W/V) NaCl. The heights were significantly lower than that of normal plants of tall fescue in field according to measurement after two months transplantation.
