摘要
利用金相显微镜、电子探针X射线显微分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等手段对重轨结疤缺陷进行了观察与分析。研究结果显示,重轨表面结疤的形成与生产中裂纹的形成有关。同时在冶炼和铸造的过程中产生的夹杂是导致结疤形成的因素。
The rolling skin on the heavy rail was researched by means of metallographic microscope, electron probe X-ray micro analyzer and scanning electronic microscope. The result showed that the formation of rolling skin was related with the crackle formed during casting process. Inclusions resulted from steelmaking and casting process were other factors causing rolling skin.
