摘要 目的:研究正常妊娠不同孕期孕妇外周血及脐血中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化,探讨CD4+CD25+T细胞在妊娠中的作用。方法:应用流式细胞技术检测孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化。结果:正常妊娠过程中孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞比例呈周期性变化:妊娠早期较高,中期升至最高,分娩时降至最低,低于正常孕龄非妊娠妇女(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+T细胞在正常妊娠的免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the shift of the proposition of CD4 + CD25 + T cells at different stage of normal pregnancy in peripheral blood of pregnant female, and to explore the role of CD4 + CD25 + T cells in normal pregnancy. Methods: The shift proposition of CD4 + CD25 + T ceils in the peripheral blood of pregnant women was measured by fluorescence-activated cell sorter(FACS) method. Results: The proposition of CD4 + CD25 + T cells of peripheral blood varied in cycle during pregnancy, increased in the first trimester, approached the most high level in the second trimester and lowest after labor, which was lower than that of non-pregnant women ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CD4 + CD25 + T ceils may play important roles of immune tolerance in the normal pregnancy and feto-maternal tolerance.
