摘要
通过ArcGIS Engine组件和Visual C++6.0实现了事故后果在二维GIS中的直观表现,同时对危险气体泄漏扩散模型与三维GIS的集成进行了探讨,实现了气体扩散过程的三维动态模拟,这样既能实现事故后果分析模型计算结果空间分布范围和趋势的直观表现,又能对事故发生、发展态势进行形象、动态的三维景观模拟,为应急管理和响应决策提供直观、准确的信息支持。
This paper studied the GIS-based consequence analysis technique for typical major accidents. By ArcGIS Engine module and Visual C+ +6.0, mathematical model and GIS are integrated. On this basis, typical models of explosion, fire and toxic release are integrated with 2D GIS, and gas dispersion models are integrated with 3D GIS, thus making the typical major accidents be modeled and displayed in 2D digital map and 3D virtual scene, and providing concise, realistic and exact information for emergency management and emergency response decision-making.
