摘要
对鲣节霉的5株散囊菌中几种肽酶的活性研究结果表明:在这5林霉菌中存在酸性蛋白酶和酸性波肽酶P的活性;不同菌种的这两种酶的活性有一定的差异,但大多数在PH4.0时其活性最强;该蛋白酶是以NE-3菌株(Einrotiumrepens,No8109)的活性最强,该羧肽酶P是以NU-1菌株(Enrotiumrubrum,No4454)的最强。对该羧肽酶P的性质研究结果表明:它可被Ca2+活化,可被Zn2+、Cu2+及Ag+强烈抑制,还受DFP、蛋白酶抑制剂和碘乙酸的抑制。羧肽酶P的端解活性同谷氨酸和酪氨酸两者有关。在上述5株散囊菌中均未表现亮氨酸一氨肽酶和级肽酶A及B的活性。
Activities of acidic proteinase and acidic carboxypeptidase P exist in 5strains of Eurotium in the dried skip jack mildew. There were some variations in the activitiesof the above 2 enzymes extracted from the 5 different strains of Eurotium' Most of themhave the strongest activities under pH 4. 0. The proteinase from NE-3 (Enrotium Tepens,No 8109) and the carboxypeptidase P from NU -1 (Eurotium rubrum, No 4454 ) had thestrongest activities. Studies on the character of carboxypeptidase P showing that it could beactivated by Ca2+, strong1y inhibited by Zn2+, Cu2+ and Ag+, and also inhibited (notstrongly) by DFP, proteinase inhibitor and iodoacetic acid- The activity of exopeptidase ofcarboxypeptidase P is related with both glutamic acid and tyrosine. No activities of leucineaminopeptidase, carboxypeptidase A and carboxypeptidase B were found.
