摘要 Cu-Al2O3复合材料具有很多优异的性能,其致密化加工方法主要有热挤压、锻造和冷加工等。本文综述了国内弥散强化铜塑性变形的研究,详细介绍了弥散强化铜致密化加工研究的现状。热挤压是生产弥散强化铜的主要加工方法,不同挤压方式和挤压工艺对材料性能有很大影响。锻造是生产大断面尺寸弥散强化铜的重要手段,处于三向压应力状态锻造后弥散强化铜的性能可优于挤压态弥散强化铜。冷加工也是弥散强化铜生产中的关键步骤,主要作用为材料成形和提高力学性能。本文还对该领域的未来发展进行了展望,将来应进一步从理论上加强对弥散强化铜致密化加工的研究,并开拓新的致密化加工技术。 Alumina dispersion strengthened copper composite has many excellent properties. Hot extrusion, forging and cold working is the main densification process. The domestic research of the plastic deformation of the composite is reviewed in this paper. The study status of the densification technology of the composite is introduced in detail. Hot extrusion is the main production method. Extrusion method and extrusion process have great infuence on the properties. The major process of the large cross dimesions product is forging. The better properties of the composite can obtain after forging, which is under three axial compression stress state. Cold working is the critical step in the manufacturing procedure. The main effect of cold working is formation and improving mechanical property. Also the future development of the composite densification is presented. Theory study on this area shoud be enhanced, and the new densification technology would be developed.
