摘要
为优化龙钢高炉炉料结构,充分发挥大西沟矿源优势,研究了大西沟铁矿粉生产球团时的适宜配比及生产条件,探索了不同含铁原料配比,膨润土添加条件下的球团矿冶金物理性能变化。研究结果表明:纯大西沟铁矿粉造球,由于成球性较差,爆裂温度偏低,不利于工业化生产;大西沟菱铁矿生产球团时的适宜配比应控制在50%以下。
In order to optimize the blast-furnace charge structure at Longmen Iron and Steel Factory, fully display Daxigou iron ore source superiority, the proper proportion and production conditions were studied. The metallurgical and physical properties of pellets produced with different proportions were determined. The results indicate that, the pellets made from pure Daxigou ore fines are not suitable because of low yield and low decrepitation temperature. The reasonable proportion of siderite should be controlled below 50%.
