摘要
以圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,在受力分析的基础上,利用弹性流体动力润滑理论,得到承载最大滚子与内、外滚道间的最小油膜厚度计算式,并将该油膜厚度计算式引入滚动轴承阻尼计算过程,得到了包含滚子阻尼和油膜阻尼的滚动轴承综合阻尼计算式,最后对该计算式进行了实例验证。
The damping of cylindrical roller bearing was studied. The numerical expression of minimal lubricant film thickness between the heaviest loaded roller and raceways was obtained through mechanics analysis and EHL theory, then this expression was used to establish the numerical expression of the roller bearing damping which considering both material and lubricant film damping. A calculating example indicated that the method developed in this paper has practicability.
