摘要
2007年7月1日我国下调出口退税率,对我国外贸行业产生了普遍的影响。在外贸顺差过大,产品结构不甚理想的背景下,此项政策的出台,将有利于贸易的平衡和产品升级,提高出口商品的国际竞争力,开辟对外贸易的新局面。
Chinese government drops the export tariff rebate rate that has had universal influence to Chinese foreign trade industry. In our country, active balance of trade is too big and product structure is unreasonable. The publication of this policy will benefit to balance trade and upgrade product. Thus, is will improve international competition of our country＇s export commodities and open up foreign trades new situation.
