分析了云南第三方物流的条件和现状。指出,要大力发展云南第三方物流,政府要在发展第三方物流市场中扮演重要角色;要扶持一批专业的第三方物流公司,进行规模化发展,积极参与国际竞争;工商企业要转变观念,尽快从自办物流中解脱出来,把主要精力用于核心竞争能力上;要努力培育物流市场,积极开发物流需求,拓展服务规模,循序渐进地发展第三方物流。
