摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化术中血糖、电解质的改变情况。方法选择老年连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉下TVP手术70例,麻醉中观察并记录术前、术中60min及术后血糖、电解质(Na+、K+、Cl-)、Hb、BUN、Hct等变化。结果术中60min及术后与术前血糖值比较均显著增高(P<0.01)。术后与术中60min比较血糖又有明显升高(P<0.01)。血钠术中60min与术前比较有显著降低(P<0.05),术后与术前比较下降非常显著(P<0.01)。结论TVP手术有灌洗液吸收和血液稀释,术中应作血糖及电解质监测,对预防TURS的发生有临床指导意义。
Objective To explore the changes in blood glucose and electrolytes during transurethral electrovaporizatoin of the prostate （TVP）. Methods 70 patients undergoing TVP were selected randomly. The blood glucose, electrolytes （Na^＋,K^＋,Cl^-） ,Hb,BUN,Hct were observed operation,at 60min during operation and after operation respectively. Results The blood glucose level increased markedly during operation as compared with that before operation（P 〈 0.01 ）. The blood glucose increased markedly after operation as compared with that at 60 min during operation（P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significantly lower sodium level after operation than before （P 〈 0.01 ）. Other parameters had no statistical difference（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is still an absorption solution and hemodilution during TVP. Blood glucose and electrolytes should be monitored.
