摘要
目的:分析我院门诊退药情况,为减少门诊退药提高处方质量,优化调剂服务,保证用药安全提供依据。方法:根据我院2006年1月-12月826份门诊患者的退药处方,统计分析退药原因。结果:826份退药中,因不良反应发生而要求退药的274例,占全年退药总数的33.2%;因诊断后住院150例,占18.16%,用药不适(患者自述)而要求退药的148例,占全年退药总数的17.4%。结论:患者用药后发生不良反应是退药的最主要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the outpatient drug repercussion in our hospital so as to provide reference for the reduction of drug repercussion incidence, improvement of prescription quality and dispensing, and guarantee of medication safety. METHODS: A total of 826 outpatient prescriptions involved in drug repercussion from Jan. to Dec. in 2006 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of reasons for drug repercussion. RESULTS: Of the 826 prescripions, 274 (33.2%) returned drugs on account of adverse durg reactions, 150 ( 18.16% ) on account of hospitalization after diagnosis, and 148 (17. 4%) complainted of discomfort after administration. CONCLUSION: Adverse drug reaction was the predominant factor accountable for patients' drug repercussion.
