指导原则是指导药品研发和评价的核心技术性文件,是规范药品研发秩序和提高研发与评价水平的关键工具。着力推进指导原则的实施是改变目前研发现状的有力举措。
The guidelines are not only the kernel technical documents to guide the drug development and review, but also the key tools to regulate the drug development processes and to improve the level of development and review. To push the implementation of the guidelines is a powerful act for enhancing the development skills.
