摘要
目的:探讨不同检测波长对动态比浊法细菌内毒素检测的影响。方法:使用405 nm 及660 nm 的波长动态仪按照2005年版中国药典的方法,对小牛血清(bovine calf sera)及脑蛋白水解物注射液(cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection)样品作动态比浊法细菌内毒素检测。结果:不同波长动态仪测量此2种样品内毒素含量 RSD 小于10%。结论:使用不同波长的动态仪对一般性样品做动态比浊法细菌内毒素检查,检测结果一致。
Objective：To study the effects of different wavelengths on kinetic turbidimetric limulus assay of bacterial endotoxin. Methods ： According to ChP 2005 ： set the wavelength to 405 nm, and perform separate kinetic turbidimetric limulus assay of bacterial endotoxin both in Bovine Calf Sera and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection ; set the wavelength to 660 nm and perform the same test. Results：Set the wavelength to 405 nm or 660 nm, all of the RSD of the test concentration on the same wavelength are less than 10%. Conclusion：The test statistics for generic sampies are essentially the same while the wavelengths are set to different.
