摘要 本文研究蒙成药沏其日甘-8味丸的内在质量。采用HPLC法测定沏其日甘-8味丸中胡椒碱的含量;以DaisoID C18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(70∶30∶0.2);流速为0.8mL·min-1;检测波长为343nm。胡椒碱的线性范围为0.03787~0.7574μg,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为104.041%,RSD为0.2%。本方法重现性好,专属性强,可作为本品质量控制方法。 The HPLC method was established for the determination of piperine in a prepared Mongolia traditional medicine Qiqirigan-8. The chromatographic system consisted of DaisolD C18 and mobile phase of methanol-water-triethylamine (70 : 30 : 0.2). The flow rate was 0. 8ml · min-1 with detection wavelength at 343 nm. The linear range was within 0.03787-0. 7574μg, The standard curve was linear (r=0. 9999), average recovery and RSD were 104.041% and 0.2% respectively. The method is high reappearance and high specificity. It can be used as a quality control method for the product.
