摘要
在城市轨道交通快速发展的新形势下,对如何开展人力资源开发进行了探讨。首先分析了企业培训的重要性,提出要进行员工培训体系的创新。结合上海地铁运营公司教育培训工作的实践,论述了在城市轨道交通快速发展的趋势下人力资源开发的特点:必须快速、高效和优质;必须探索员工教育培训的新方法;必须随着轨道交通行业的技术进步,进行员工知识更新和升级。
With the rapid development of urban mass transit （UMT）, higher standards of the training program are set for the staff in UMT industry. This paper discusses how to develop the human resources in the present situation of UMT. Firstly, the paper stresses the importance of staff training and the innovation in designing the training system; secondly, integrated with the training practice in Shanghai Metro Operation Co. Ltd., this paper analyzes the characteristics of the human resources development at present, argues that the training itself should be fast and efficient with high quality; the new training methods should be developed and employed;contents of the training should be in accordance with the development of techniques in UMT. Finally, some theoretical conclusions are put forward on the training in UMT industry.
