摘要
建筑业质量管理的一个主要挑战是应用现代企业质量管理理论到施工现场的质量管理中。多年来,国内企业将质量管理的目光集中于企业级质量管理的体系认证和提升,而对于将质量管理新理论和工具运用到以项目为中心施工现场过程中不够重视。现场的质量管理从内容上仍然是以质量控制(QC)的事后质量管理方法为主,致力于探讨在施工现场多头多层管理的状况下,如何实施以沟通协调为基础的现场质量管理。
