摘要
通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR),用多对引物探讨了桑树萎缩病类菌原体的分子检测.结果显示,所用引物中只有R16F2/R2和R16(Ⅰ)F1/R1适用于桑树萎缩病类菌原体的检测,呈现不同症状的黄化型、萎缩型和其它两种类型的病株都扩增出类菌原体16SrDNA的片段.根据组特异性引物对四种症状类型中类菌原体16SrDNA的扩增,对我国桑树萎缩病类菌原体的分组状况进行了讨论.
The rapid diagnosis of mulberry dwarf mycoplasmalike organism (MDMLO),using polymerase chain reaction amplification of 16S rDNA was reported.Several pairs of primers were tested in this investigation.Only R16 F2/R2 and R16 (Ⅰ) F1/R1 succeeded in amplifying 16S rDNA from DNA templates of mulberry dwarf plants associated with four different symptom types.The grouping situation of MDMLOs related to four different symptom types was preliminarily discussed.
