摘要 通常以迎面风速作为唯一的变量对火电厂空冷凝汽器进行优化计算。增加虚拟厂界距离作为第2变量,厂界噪声55dB(A),并将虚拟厂界设为距平台分别为200,250,300,350,和400 m的距离,求得各个距离上的最低年总费用,通过对这些费用的分析,即可得到最佳厂界距离上的ACC最优设计方案。同时对目前常用的2种翅片管的优化结果及规律做了对比,还分析了成本电价、贷款利率、设备价格变化对优化趋势的影响。 Generally, head-on wind velocity is the only variable used in power plant air-cooled condenser (ACC) optimization. By adding virtual plant boundary as the second variable and the noise at plant boundary to 55 dB (A), and setting virtual plant boundary to 200 m, 250 m, 300 m, 350 m, and 400 m from the platform, respectively, the minimum annual total costs at each distance can be calculated. Through cost analyses, the optimum ACC design on optimum distance can be achieved. In addition, comparison of two commonly used fin tubes optimization results are carried out, and the effects of electricity cost tarrif, loan rate, and equipment price variations on optimization trend are also studied.
