摘要
首次系统地研究了以MoO3和CeO2为助剂并制备出最佳组成的无铬铁系变换催化剂,同时,运用TEMXRD及比表面测定技术对催化剂的表面性质及MoO3CeO2的助催作用进行了研究。结果表明,Fe2O3-MoO3-CeO2催化剂的活性超过了工业化的铁铬催化剂,MoO3主要是一种结构性助剂。
This paper first reported a high temperature CO shift catalyst which select MoO 3 and CeO 2 to replace Cr 2O 3.The surface behaviour of the catalysts and the promoted role of MoO 3 and CeO 2 have been studied by TEM,XRD and surface area measure.The results show that the activity of Fe 2O 3-MoO 3-CeO 2 catalyst exceeds that of industrial Fe 2O 3-Cr 2O 3 catalyst.The major effect of MoO 3 is structure promoter and the major effect of CeO 2 is electron promoter.
