摘要
为了准确地评估海洋钻井井架安全承载能力,提高海上石油钻探过程中钻井作业的安全,以勘探三号海洋钻井井架为例,提出了海洋钻井井架动力特性测试理论与技术。利用海洋波浪脉动激励反应来识别井架结构模态参数,根据模态参数与物理参数之间的关系,分析井架物理性态,进而评估井架当前实际状态,定量确定井架实际承载能力。识别结果与计算结果比较,其误差不超过6%。此方法可应用于海洋平台上大型钢结构动力特性测试、承载力预测及安全评价。
In order to improve the security and drilling mast for oil prospecting and exploiting, correct forecast, the safety loading capacity of a new method was proposed. The method took working stresses as the important index and the relevant parameters as input objects. Simulate the working capacity of oilfield drilling mast under different load by combining the oilfield test with modifying the finite numerical model. Experimental study was carried on the drilling mast in oil field by applying load step by step. The relationship of stress and load was received. It reappeared and forecasted the stress under other eight acting load by revising the numerical model under the first load. The comparative result was within 5% between the simulation results and the five acting load of the oil field experimental values, which verified the correctness of this method. This method can also be used for the other complex steel structure stress test, loading forecast and safety evaluation.
