康地蕾得对百合镰刀菌枯萎病的室内毒力测定及防治试验 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]为康地蕾得的进一步推广使用提供依据。[方法]通过室内毒力测定,明确康地蕾得FG对百合镰刀菌枯萎病菌的EC50、EC70及EC90值,并进行药效防治试验,观察康地蕾得FG对百合镰刀菌枯萎病菌的防治效果。[结果]康地蕾得FG对百合镰刀菌枯萎病菌有较好的抑制作用,通过毒力方程计算出EC50、EC70及EC90值分别为977.00、1423.00、2449.62 mg/L。30.0、37.5、45.0 kg/hm2的康地蕾得FG对百合镰刀菌枯萎病均具有一定的防治效果,药后45 d的防效分别为55.08%、64.41%、68.32%,随着使用剂量的增加,防治效果有所提高,且在速效性、持效性及防治效果等方面优于对照药剂3%多抗霉素WP。[结论]康地蕾得FG对百合镰刀菌枯萎病具有良好的防治效果。 [ Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for further popularization and application of Kangdileide. [ Method] The EC50, EC70 and EC90 value of Kangdileide FG against Lily fusarium wilt were determined by the toxicity test in room and the control effect of Kangdileide FG against Lily fusarium wilt was observed by control experiment. [ Result ] Kangdileide FG had better inhibitory effect on Lily fnsarium wilt. The EC50, EC70 and EC90 value calculated through toxicity equation were 977.00 nag/L, 1 423.00 mg/L and 2 449.62 mg/L resp. Kangdileide FG at 30.0 kg/hm^2, 37.5 kg/hm^2 and 45.0 kg/hm^2 all had certain control effect on Lily fusarium wilt and the control effect after applied 45d were 55.08%, 64.41% and 68.32% resp. The control effect improved with the increase of the using dosage and its effect such as the rapid availability, duration and control effect was better than the CK of 3 % Polyoxin WP. [ Conclusion] Kangdileide FG had good control effect on Lily fusarium wilt.
