摘要
现有零件库在应用过程中存在扩展性方面的不足,根本原因是零件库结构不是开放式的。为此,文章重点研究了零件库的动态扩充问题。根据参数化技术的特点,对雩件参数进行分类,提出了零件的主参数信息模型。在此基础上,通过对零件库层次结构的分析,提出一种适合动态扩充的数据库结构,并以Pro/E为平台,利用其应用程序接口Pro/Toolkit开发了开放式零件库系统。
Present part library systems are difficult to expand the contents dynamically, because the structures of the systems are not open. In this paper, the dynamic expansion of part library is researched and implemented. According to the Parameterized Technology, the param- eters of parts are classified and the main parameter information model of parts is presented. Based on the analysis of the part library structure, a database structure which supports dynamic expansion is designed, and an open parts library system is built based on Pro/E, in which the user can add parts without updating and rebuilding the program.
