摘要 目的:探讨适合基层医院手术室人力资源的最佳管理方法,提高医患满意度。方法:2006年3~7月在手术室采取对手术护士专科配备,并引入配置护工的管理方法。观察比较实施前(2005年10月~2006年2月)和实施后的手术完成情况及医生、患者的满意率。结果:实施后医生和患者的满意率明显高于实施前(均P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士专科相对固定及护工的引入可有效提高医患满意度及手术室整体工作效率、质量,降低了用人成本。 Objective: To discuss the best human resources management in the operating room in grass-root hospitals, and thus to make patients satisfied. Methods: The group of specialist nurses in the operating room was set up and the management of nurse assistants was introduced from March to July, 2006. the surgery quality and the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients before and after the methods introduced were observed and co from Oct. 2005 to Feb., 2006. Result: Satisfaction degree has been greatly improved (average p〈0.05). Conclusion: The construction of specialist nurses and the introduction of the management of nurse assistants may improve the satisfaction of the doctors and patients and work etficiency of the staff, and reduce the employment cost.
