摘要
随着中国工业化的发展,作为工业化人力资源重要组成部分的农民工问题成为近几年来学界关注和研究的重点。文献考察显示出来的研究特点是,把农民工问题放到中国特定的工业化过程中进行研究;注重同类主题的中外比较,也重视借助历史的纵向比较研究方法,寻求对中国工业化与农民工关系的理论解释与现实问题求解。劳动密集型制造业、建筑业对农民工的影响特别明显。
With the developing of China＇s industrialization, urban migrant workers ,as an important part of the human resources of industrialization, become the focus of academic study in recent years. An important characteristics in a specific study are that： the problems of urban migrant workers into China＇s industrialization process; focus on the comparison of Chinese and foreign;the vertical comparative study about urban migrant worker＇s history; the tbeorical explaining and practical problem solving to relationship between China＇s industrialization and urban migrant workers. Changes of laborintensive manufacture, construction particularly impact on the urban migrant workers.
