摘要
4DA1发动机气缸体渗漏缺陷部位主要集中在螺栓孔、油道处;对渗漏部位进行了金相分析,发现渗漏部位存在分散的缩松缺陷;并对缩松区和正常组织区的基体组织和石墨形态进行了对比,得出上述部位的缩松缺陷主要是由于热节处CE低、石墨化能力差,铸铁的收缩量大、膨胀量小,不利于铸件的自补缩而形成的。
The leakage defects of cylinder block of 4DA1 engine occu,Ted mainly in bolt holes, oil channels. The microstructure of leakage area was analyzed and it was revealed that there was shrinkage porosity in the leakage area. The matrix structure and the graphite morphology of both the shrinkage area and normal area was compared and it was concluded that the shrinkage defects were caused mainly by relatively low CE content at hot spot area that leads to poor graphitization, high volume contraction and low expansion.
