摘要
通过对中国死刑现状的深层次思考,分析了中国死刑制度中存在死刑罪名辐射面过广,死刑执行方式有待进一步文明化的现状。同时从国际形象是国际交往中重要的因素这一理论入手,阐述了中国死刑制度改革的必要性,提出大幅度地减少挂死刑的罪名、积极适用死缓制度等改革中国死刑制度的相应举措,指明了中国死刑制度的改革方向,以期在倡导人道、人性化的当代社会中,真正实现和落实中国死刑制度的慎重与公正。
Deep thinking on present situation of death penalty in China,the article proposes that with the characteristics of wide cover range, it is need to civilize the way of death penalty. Starting from the theory that the international image is the important factor of the international communication,the article proposes the necessity of the reform of death penalty, and countermeasures such as reducing the hanging death penalty,positive usage of the death sentence with a reprieve. The reform direction of death penalty in China is probed,in order to realize the justice of death penalty in contemporary society which advocates the humanity and humanization.
