摘要
目的:建立硝酸咪康唑栓微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用薄膜过滤法进行验证。结果:细菌、霉菌及酵母菌回收率均在70%以上,控制菌试验组检出金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。结论:硝酸咪康唑栓微生物限度检查通过验证。
Objective： To establish microbiological test method for Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories. Methods： Membrane-filter procedure were adopted to validate. Results：The recoveries were over 70% of bacilli, validation and microzyme, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa can be detected in test group of MLT. Conclusion： This method is accurate, it can be used for Microbial limit test of Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories.
