摘要
通过对缝纫车间生产力的衡量与分析,提出工作方法的改进是提高缝纫效率与产品质量的关键。研究缝纫操作者的正确坐姿,对座椅高度进行适当调节,能有效地提高生产效率;对缝纫机工作台面的工程设计与改进,能使操作者处在最佳状态下运作,并以实例说明改良前后的生产效率情况;从各方面分析与规范缝纫动作,有利于增加有效的缝纫时间;改善设备性能及对缝纫辅助件的有效应用,能使缝纫工艺趋向机械化、自动化发展,提高缝纫效率与产品规格的精确度。
By examining and analyzing the productivity of a sewing room, changes to the working methods can increase the sewing efficiency and product quality. To research the right sitting posture of the operator by adjusting the height of the chair so that the operator can work more effectively or by redesigning the sewing machine worktable can improve production efficiency. This paper shows with examples, before and after the improvements, the increases in production efficiency and discusses the how these improvements were achieved, such as the increases in effective sewing time, the availability of sewing attachments and the improvements to sewing machine performance.
